Kelli Howard has over 27 years experience in the natural therapy industry, has taught yoga across Australia and has a strong connection to remote communities in Northern Territory.

For the past 12 years Kelli has been leading a lively heart centered yoga practice in Sydney’s inner west – Burwood.

Her in depth knowledge of traditional oriental medicine, acupressure points and the meridian system has her leading a unique fusion of movement, breath and meditative postures to promote health, harmony and well being in her classes.

Kelli is a registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner offering bespoke Acupuncture & Zen Shiatsu Therapy treatments to clients in private clinic with an interest in Cosmetic Acupuncture.

Tiffany is an advanced Japanese Yoga Teacher trained in pre & post natal yoga and accessible yoga practice.  She also has Shiatsu Massage training which deepens her knowledge of the Japanese Yoga Therapy system.  Tiffany studied under the guidance of Lisa Masters at The Yoga House Gladesville.

Yoga is an integral part of Tiffany’s life and helps her live life with an open heart. She adapts her classes to suit the students on the mat always seeking to guide them in a nurturing and therapeutic way to benefit their body, mind and spirit.

Tiffany’s hope is that every student she teaches steps off the mat feeling balanced and relaxed.
